Tata Docomo — Faulty Deduction/ Deceitful assurances

Dear Sir,

I have made a complaint on 30th of June regarding faulty deduction of balance by TATA Docomo on 30th June. Next day my complaint was commented by TATA Docomo Customer Care in that an assurance was made that my issue will be resolved soon. See link.

Five (5) days have gone past and I haven't received any amount in my account . Not sure how many guys have received there balance back in there account.

Tata Docomo — Faulty recharge

Sir,
I had rechrged my prepaid number [protected] from freecharge.in for a amount of Rs 500 but instead of giving me a talktime for this amount i have received data balance of 500mb even the message that you sent me says my recharge has been done for rs 500 and my tansaction id is [protected]. I currently do not find any of docomo data packs priced at rs 500 moreover the executives at Tata Docomo's customer care helpline behave as if i have bloody committed a mistake by using tata docomo services and as if i am a servant of tata docomo my precious time has been wasted moreover the data pack communication that tata docomo gives me has also not been done properly.Moreover tata docomo fails to give me an satisfactory answer to the solution the only reply i get from them is we have done this we cannot help you even if it is our mistake you have to bear the brunt of our mistake.
