[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Getting Bill even after cancelling the Net Connection | |||
Dear Concerned, I have purchased tata photon Net Connection USB dongle, Tata A/c #[protected] Tata # [protected] Due to no good network I have cancelled the Connection 1 and half months ago, After that I received bill of some 54 Rupees (And They said this is last bill), Now again I have received the Bill of 592 Rupees. Dear Docomo team,
I don't understand why will I get the Bill again on Pro Rate basis post connection?????? And why should I write mail?? First of all it is your fault not cancelling on 14th August and now sending bills after that. I don't want any connection or any more support from Docomo please get me out from this hell.
