Tata Docomo — gprs service terminated in spite of complaint and call to customer care not allowed | |||
Myself Dr. Shrenik ostwal. My tata docomo mobile number is [protected]. I recharged with Rs.28 on my number on 28th april 2013. I should get a 600 MB gprs balance. It is shown to me but my gprs service is been deactivated from the company. I complained about it. They replied that my complaint is taken but i didnt received any complaint number message. I tried to contact with customer care but my call is not allowed to connect. Still I didn't get any reply. Please have a Look in this matter. Thank you. Was this information helpful? | |||

I do agree with this complaint. I am also having same issue CALL IS NOT ALLOWED TO CONNECT HYDERABAD CUSTOMER CARE.

I am hensonraj one of the customer of "Vodafone" having a mobile number-[protected] suffering from the worse services just because o[censored]seless "Customer Care Services.
My purpose of writing is only to tell other people of Vodafone is No 1.fraud. customer can not contact them, because they did not have any no. to contact them ,only we have to go 111 it will never connect us
