[Resolved]  Tata Docomo GSM — MNP REQUEST REJECTED BY TATA DOCOMO GSM(ORISSA) WITHOUT ANY PROPER REASON.

Dear Sir,
My name is Budhibaban jena and
my mobile number is [protected]. I
applied for porting my Tata Docomo number to Vodafone Gsm (Orissa) by generating the UPC code on 18th june 2011 and give request on 24th june 2011 at Vodafone store and the UPC Code is TO988183. I got a
message
from Vodafone that my mnp request is
rejected by TATA DOCOMO due to there are subsisting contractual obligation from the subscriber agreement. I am not getting what is the problem as the porting.So now i can't port my mobile number to new service provider.Therefore I request the concerned person to look into the matter and do the needful because MNP is a customer rights.
