[Resolved] Tata Docomo GSM — slow connectivity n poor service | |||
I belong to Vasai-Mulgaon area. I and my friends using Tata Docomo from last 2 years . But there is always poor services of your network such as no generator backup,slow connectivity,slow internet connectivity,connection error while calling, etc. Also the tower is backside of my home. I am also registered complaints several times. The date of complaints are as follows: 5 aug 2011 2 dec 2011 12 april 2012 5 sep 2012 Hope you will take action immediately........ Thank you...... GSM — Poor service & poor connection
HelloI m one of the Reliance gsm user
1) I have a complaint that i & my friends are not getting good network thats why we have difficulty to
stay connect with each other
2) And the second thing is that my balance automatically cut off for caller tune which i have not set
and after complaint poor reply from ur side
I don't get my balance back
So pls take quick action on my complaints

Tata Docomo — very poor and slow service
i had been seriously facing many problems by using docomo sim which are mentioned belowbalance is being deducted without info,irresponsible customer care as he/she dissconnects the call in between call,always there is a problem of techinical services due to which i am unable to call/receive calls

Some factors beyond our control, but which hugely and adversely impact data usage can impact on the network and signal strength and therefore affect connection speeds/ continuity. At peak times when many people are using the network, connection speeds, and quality suffers. sir i complaint maney time our ph is not working last two year, im not only also 9 ph is also not working .what is going in gurgaon office no one is going to see in village area .pl as soon possible short out our problem, how maney maney more year i have to wait i think this a good record of complaint in INDIA.
