Tata Docomo — HARASSMENT

Dear Sir, I had taken a TATA DOCOMO connection in oct 13 month and paid an advance rent for six months. But after completion of six months they charged a bill for one month whereafter I cancelled the connection immediately. Now the question of paying bill for one month remains. In the above scenario, I would like to state that the tata docomo had never sent me any bill either by mail or through any post during any period and nor for the last month. The connection was not working after completion of four month and thereafter I made several complaints but they were of opinion that the USB hardware is not working properly. They said me to show it to the local centre however due to time bounding i didn't visited any local outlets and stop using the connection. The sales executive of tata docomo told me when taking the connection that if account is not recharged the connection will stop working It means i will not be able to use it until I recharge the account.I didn't recharged it but I got message for payment of bill through SMS. I immediately contact the tata docomo call centre and asked to cancel the connection. I told them the query and they accepted to resolve it and cancelled my connection. After passage of four months i got a call from delhi asking me to pay Rs.1100/-.I told her all my points but she was not in the state to hear any my queries and told me of tight action will be taken. Now after one month i am getting call from the tata docomo person who is saying me that the legal action has been taken and i am asked either to pay the amount immediately Rs.1100/- or to present in delhi teeshazhari court. I asked him that i have not received any notice. He said some lady has signed the notice on 8/09/2013. Now i dont know which lady has signed it. Because there is no one from home who has received any such notice. I would like summarized my points as follows :- 1. Sales representative are misguinding the people. 2. Tata docomo is not sending any bills. 3. Not providing the required service. 4. Selling defective USB pendrives. 5. Harrassing the customers. I don’t have any mens rea behind non payment of any bill. To prove this I could say and produced the proof that 1. I am regularly paying my postpaid bill of airtel without any delay since last 5 years who has also now extended my credit limit to Rs.5000 per month. 2. I was regularly paying the postpaid bill of TATA docomo old connection for more than a year. Old Tata docomo no was [protected] and new no is [protected] Sir please help me out in this matter.
