[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Not allowing to port out | |||
My mobile no is [protected] and i have applied for mobile no portablilty on 14th November. I have received the porting code TA313559 on 14thNov. I am now with Tata Indicom post paid and i want to migrate to BSNL. I have submitted the documents to BSNL for their services. They are sending the request for port in to BSNL one message is coming i.e service provider is rejecting due to UPC mismatch. the same message is coming to my Mobile also immediately . I have discussed the same with customer care and tata outlet also but nobody is resolving the problem. last i have approached the nodal desk they also not resolving the issue . the expiry date for the porting code is 29th November. so please look in to this matter and help me out in this regard.
