Tata Docomo — Mentally Harassed by Tata Docomo | |||
I got two TATA DOCOMO CDMA prepaid SIM six/seven years back submitting my voter identity card as my ID proof and other necessary documents.Number was barred three times last few months without any notice and while contacting the same TATA customer care,they told there are some mismatch with my documents. Also they have disconnect my number [protected] and [protected] three times after six/seven years with a unlawful reason. Here comes my concern, if the documents mismatching to the TATA itself why I suffered for that after six/seven years despite i submitted my documents three times during last seven/eight months. I have been a loyal customer of them for six/seven years and have 2 phones Please do the needful at the earliest. Was this information helpful? | |||

Tata Docomo — Mentally Harassed by Tata Docomo
I had ported from Vodafone to TATA docomo because of the offers, respect for TATA, but unfortunately now i have no respect left for TATA Docomo. Since the day I had ported I am facing a lot of problems. Now it has crossed all limits. I converted my TATA Docomo Postpay connection to prepay Connection around 20 days back and for the same I was asked to submit my documents. I did as prescribed and the connection was converted to prepaid successfully. For 15 days i had no issues, but 5 days back my outgoing TEXT/CALL/Internet was barred. So I called up the helpline, they asked me to re-submit the documents again. As I was helpless, I visited the retailer, he pressed *151# to temporarily activate my outgoing for 5 days and promised me that this incident wont happen again as he will update in the system. Today, after 5 days again my outgoing has been barred, though I have submitted my documents twice. I am totally irritated as I do not have an alternate connection and cant afford to lose my 4 years old mobile number. I so want to teach them a lesson. Hence I require legal guidance.
