[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — Misleading by distributor

My number is [protected], i have been using this number since 3 years at Vodafone network but on 13th March 2013 i registered for portability in DOCOMO postpaid under unlimited plan 1299/- as filling a online request on docomo site, after that a local distributor (M/s Shakti Communication - Geeta complex, Rohtak - Haryana) contact to me and said that they got the same request by docomo and they will provide the port number, they also described the 1299 plan and i agreed for the same, after that i went to their shop for final document submission, at that time they again explained the 1299 plan and they took my ID proof & sign on the form. On 19th March my number has been activated after a address verification call, but no one told me about my active plan, on 25th March in morning i found that my outgoing services has been barred and when i call customer care they said that my credit limit has been exceeded and you have to paid 3449/- Rs. because your plan was 899/-. Then i called to distributor and explained the all matter at that time they told me that "yes, your plan was 899 as per your request". I tried at so many times to explain that no i was registered for 1299 plan, how can you activate 899 plan, at that time distributor said they could not provide any help, I have also registered the same complaint on customer care (Complaint No[protected] but they were also misguiding me and I spend so many hours every day on customer care upto 3rd April 2013. Along with this bill issue they also barred my incoming & outgoing services from 28th March13.
After so many calls to customer care and lot of visits to local TATA Docomo hub center, they don’t have any solution for same problem except submission of full payment.
I had frustrated and vexed of this problem and paid full amount, because it’s my official number which could not kept off. So I submitted 4000/- Rs for resuming services on my number.
Now I want a proper solution and want my bill amount refund.
