I HAD GIVEN A MNP REQUEST( UPC TM231965) ON 30/08/2011 TO PORT OUT FROM DOCOMO TO RELIANCE-GSM. I DID NOT RECEIVE A SINGLE CALL FROM DOCOMO HELPLINE FOR RETENTION TILL 15/09/2011. I CHECKED WITH RELIANCE AND FOUND THAT MY PORTING REQUEST WAS LOGGED IN 0N 03/09/2011 AND THE VERIFICATION WAS ALSO DONE. I GAVE A WRITTEN COMPLAINT TO THE NODAL DESK VIA EMAIL BUT HIS REPLY WAS UNSATISFACTORY. WHY IS DOCOMO NOT PORTING OUT MY NUMBER CAN THEY CLARIFY ??
