Tata Docomo — Low service quality | |||
Over last few weeks it has been continuously getting disconnected and this month I dint even experience the increase in bandwidth at the end of monthly cycle. And the speed is so slows of now that I am not even being able to use it. What is more irritating is the low IQ design of their web interface. When I try to register an online complaint in Tata Indicom site, it says "Please enter a valid email ID" while there is no place to enter the same. At this rate I do not see any point in paying up their next bill. If Tata people are seeing this...
