[Resolved] Tata Docomo — UNDELIVERY OF BILLING STATEMENT | |||
HELLO, AS I WAS FED UP WITH RELIANCE SERVICES SO I HAVE CHOOSEN TATA DOCOMO POST PAID SERVICES, BUT HERE ALSO I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH THEIR SERVICES, I GOT THE MESSAGE IN MY MOBILE REGARDING THE OUTSTANDING BILL, BUT TILL NOW I HAVEN'T GOT THE BIILING STATEMENT, I HAVE SENT THE EMAIL TO TATA , AND THEY HAVE SAID THAT IT WILL BE SOLVED IN 6 HOURS, BUT NOW IT HAS GONE 5 DAYS BUT THERE IS NO RESPONSE FROM THEIR SIDE, IT SIMPLY STATES THAT THIS TATA TELESERVICES DOESN;T BELIEVE IN AFTER SALES SERVICES.VERY POOR AND DISSATISFIED SERVICES.................
