Tata Docomo — Unsubscribe Channel 99 | |||
I requested sevaral times in Tata Docomo cuastomer care to deactivate Channel 99 renued, customer care responded it allready deactivated these services, and no other services activated in your account. 2 days before Igot a message that channel 99 is renewed to your mobile. But I have not activated that service. Tat service got automatically activated & I lost Rs.25 from my balance. What can I do? Plz deactive my avobe service as soon as possible. my name is avinash. i have also big problem of channel 99 service. this service is activated without my permission for 5 months. i have called many times to the customer care but yet this service is activate, and daily my balance is deduct, when i call to customer care they says that he cancelled my service but next day again my balance is deduct, plzzzzz solve this issue.
