[Resolved]  Tata DoCoMo / Online Recharge — Recharge not happen.. but amount debited from my bank a/c

Hi All:

Yesterday I had recharged for Rs.111 in Tatadocomo online prepaid.. but still now no confirmation is made and the recharge amount is not added, but my amount was deducted from my Bank A/c.. Now I have lost Rs.111 unnecessarily which can be given to a beggar instead of Tatadocomo.

Hi,

I am sirisha. I was doing online recharge for 30RS using Tata Docomo online recharge facility around 4pm 26th July. The mobile number is [protected].

Then I entered my SBI Debit card details to do online payment. After submitting all the details the website timeout giving a server error. 30RS has been deducted from my account but mobile has not been recharged.
Kindly look into this matter and either refund back my money into my account or recharge the mobile.

today at 12:35 pm i have done prepaid online recharge on my tata docomo no- [protected] but still i have not received any amount at my no. and also no confirmation message but the balance deducted from my debit card(rs110), i have also contact customer care agent related to this complaint but neither he register my complaint and also not refund my amount. so i am very much dissatisfy with tatadocomo and also with their team because of very bad customer service.

I made an online recharge of Rs. 251 from TATA-DOCOMO official website on[protected]:59PM (transaction done through CITI BANK), money was withdrawn from the bank but recharge was not done and in place of showing the recharge details it was showing the Error. However I got an alert SMS on my phone that Rs.251 has been deducted from my CITI BANK account. kindly give me my money back.

I checked with CITI BANK, this transaction ID is 74568224224270289011052.

Please provide the deducted money Back.

Today I had recharged for 299rs, amount is debited from my SBM account I didn't get my currency to my mobile please do need full & I want my money back to my account.
