MY NAME V.SURESH MY MOBILE NUMBER IS [protected] I HAVE TAKEN MY CONNECTION ON 5TH OF APRIL 2013 BY 5THOF JULY 90DAYS IS COMPLTED BUT TATADOCOMO PORT NETWORK TO VODAFONE WHEN I CALL TO 121 CUSTMORE CARE OF TATADOCOMO OR ATTAINING MY CALL WHEN ASK THEM THEY TOLD ME 7TH OF JULY NUMBER WIL GET PORT 00AM BUT THEY SAY 25 TH JULY NUMBER GET PORT I HAVE GIVEN MY ADDRESS PROOF AND ID PROOF BUT THEY AS NUMBER IS IN MY COMPANY NAME PLEASE HELP ME NEED TAKE ACTION ON THEM I HAVE MENTL UPSET Was this information helpful? | |||

vodafone/tata docomo — barred outgoing calls
Hello,I have been making fool by Vodafone and tata docomo.As per the TRAI policy i have done MNP and Vodafone is my old operator and docomo is my current operator.On 27th sep 2011 docomo barred my outgoing services due to non payment of old dues of past operator i.e. Vodafone.I have made the payment on the same day and got the receipt.After that when i call the customer care of Vodafone they said that docmo will activate your number and when i called on docomo customer care earlier said that Vodafone will activate your number and later said that you have to visit the docomo store.
After visiting the docomo store and submitting the receipt they told me that the number will be activated within 3 hours and now 14 hours have already past and my number is still barred because of which i am suffering heavy losses in monetary terms every hour.
Kindly consider it as very urgent and help me in the best way you can.
