Tata DoCoMo / Prepaid — Additional Charges for GPRS Pack 95 | |
I recharged for 95 in Tata Docomo to enjoy Day uases of 200 MG and 4 Gb of Night and per plan. This pack was worked 4 to 5 day properly. after that they were charing me for any uses, even I have balance data uses in my account. When I talked to cutomer care, they inform me various reason for charges which is not true. I don't understand why Tata Docomo started such pack which noly meant to cheat people. My Tata Docomo No. is [protected]. If anybody belong from Tata family and reading this complaint kindly ask your Executive Datta that what information is given by him regarding addtional charges on GPRS/Internet. Please inform if you get any refund, I have been following it up for past week through Customer Service, Tata indicom galaries, and nodal offices and they all are just cheating as I can see similar cases happening with other people.
