[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Not cancelling my tata Photon connection | |||
Hi, This is Phanindra holding TATA photon connection with number [protected] and account number[protected].I have given request for cancellation of my tata photon connection on january 11th 2011 with docket numbers[protected] ,[protected] and[protected].My connection is still not closed and I received a bill of Rs 944 for whole january month. Please let me know when it will closed .I don't want to pay the bill for whole month,as I have given request on 11th of January 2011 and it should be closed by maximum 15th of January 2011.So i will pay the up to 15th January.I have not been using my photon from the January 11th of 2011. I have been calling customer care for every 2 to 3 days .But nobody responding properly with correct estimated date of cancellation.This is the worst service I have seen in cancellation.
