[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Receiving bills for disconnected connection | |||
Hi, I had a TATA photon connection and I wanted to have this disconnected for a long time. I traveled to the United States in July. I had raised a request to have the TATA photon connection disconnected online. The request was accepted. However to my surprise, I continued to receive the bill for next month. I still went and paid. I raised another online request for a disconnection. To my shock, they asked me to pay a huge amount(Rs. 850). After a lot of arguments, they said they were going to disconnect my connection. But still they sent a legal notice asking for the payment. I did not want to get into this legal issues. Therefore, I paid the amount. Now, to my surprise, they have sent another bill. TATA customer care is a spineless department and the whole organization is totally unprofessional and unethical. Is there any way to settle this with the organization once for all?
