[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — recharge not done

on[protected],I went to tata docomo office at s.d.road,near harihara kala bhawan, secunderabad and paid rs.28/- for double talk time recharge and i was informed that after sometime i will receive the massage for the same on my mobile.i did not receive any message for the recharge done.i again went there to enquire but your office got closed.should we believe your staff or not? my cell no.[protected]

I have did my reacharge from tata photon offcial site through HDFC netbanking payment done and debited from my bank account but reacharge amount not refiiled in my account so still photon device is not started

please revet on my mail (sandip.[protected]@hotmail.com)

Sandip.. I am in complete agreement with you as I faced the same problem 2 months ago. The tata photon service is the worst in the market. Dont let them eat your hard earned money and lets pledge them to teach a lesson. I know that its diffcult to sue them and waste our time but what we can do is ask our family and friends not to use tata photon connections. Load all the social networkign sites with your issues so that a real face of tata could be shown to the people.

i recharged my tata docomo phone for Rs. 196 on 14th feb 2012 transaction id- 013942. Till date no recharge has been done and no money is refunded back. When talked on customer care they told to wait till 21 days. Still no action taken

I have recharged my Tata Docomo number[protected] with 300rs/- for which i should get 324 rs/-.
i had done this recharge through online from Tata Docomo Website on 21st December,2012. After the giving the credentials amount was debited from my credit card and the i got the Transaction successful message. But i didnt receive my balance. After calling 121(cust care) they said as its online transaction they need 1 week time to get the details. And after my repeated requests they logged complain on 31st December 2012.

they provided me the resolution date as 2nd January 2013 10:03:00 AM. but till now i didnt receive my balance either in my mobile or to my bank.
Whenever i call customer care they say," we didnt get response from Network Team, your complaint is still open and it will be closed in 24 hours", from past 5 days they are saying the same.
Please do the needful either to get my mobile recharged or my money refunded back to my Bank.

I, Tarun Azad, recharged my tata docomo no. i.e. [protected] online through net banking through their official website http://www.tatadocomo.com . The recharge was SPECIAL RECHARGE of rs.123 and i am having the details of that recharge and i have attached a photo in which you can check the transaction on 16th of july. I did that recharge on 16th july. But now the costumer care executives are saying that there is no recharge done on that day and the executive himself disconnected my call. please help me as soon as possible as they are charging me for on net calls.
