[Resolved] Tata Docomo — RECHARGE UNSUCCESSFUL | |||
Hi Sir, i have done a recharge of 1000RS on my TATA DOCOMO NUMBER [protected] which failed in between and amount was deducted from HDFC CREDIT CARD . I recieved a message from TD-HDFCBK as: "Thank you for using your HDFC credit card ending 0752 for RS.1000.00 in mumbai at BILLDESK4862 on[protected]:22:27:54" I contacted TATA docomo for it and they requested 14 digit transaction ID for the same.From where i can get transaction ID of 14 digit. i contacted HDFC credit card for the same and they dont have any 14 digit transaction number.
