[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — refused to refund 5000/- for unused services

My Photon number [protected].
I had purchased the device fromNasik in October 2012
It required me to call Customer Care innumerable no of times to activate the device.
Even after activation, the device was useless to me at my place since i could not download a single document worth
of my use for my exams.
I had paid 5000/- Rs for this.
No offense but since October till date all i had to do was just keep calling their Officials,hoping something would be done

As i didnt get any expected service i wanted to return the device.
The people sitting at their shops dont know how to behave and talk to customers.

They are not ready to
listen to anything.
And now i come to know from one of your officials that here is no range and so no service can be provided, and that i should return it.

If this was the case why the hell i was not told regarding this at the time of purchase of the device?
5000/-Rs is not a penny. Its a huge amount and people earn it with lot of hardwork.

And who's gonna pay for the hours i spent talking so many times for ur useless service?

Also even after complaining about this so many times i was told tat there is no complaint registered.

Now who's fault is this?

Even after informing i am not available during working hours, i am being called during my working hours only.

At Rajiv Gandhi centre of nashik,i have already informed the issue to ur Official,Mr. Chavan two months ago,and since then,he has been assuring me that something would surely be done in a day or so...
And two months have passed,yet no action has
been taken and the matter has not been resolved at all.
And now Mr. Chavan has asked me to mail on this ID...So i am sending this mail...

Tata Photon+ — Application for refund

I bought the TATA Photon+(Post paid) connection 10 day ago, due to document verification my connection was disconnect, so here I am putting my application for refund of money which I paid @ Rs. 2000/-

Tata Photon — NOT REFUND THE PAYMENT

Dear Sir/ Madam,

In the month of june i had purchased a Tata Photon device and the device purchase date is 06th june 2011. After buy the device the device is not worked properly and I had complaint to Tata care. After complaint Tata team send a executive at my mailing address and he confirm me that it is the unresolavable problem due to network and he also suggest me to do the device back to tata and the payment is fully byback and I had back device to tata on 21st June 2011 and also clear my all dues said by company. Tata Team said that the payment might be come in next 45 days to my address. When I don't recived any payment I went to Tata outlet they said that it takes more time.

I don't recived any payment till date and I went to tata store more than 15-20 times. Request you to please help me and resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Bill of Device and application recieving copy is also attached for your concern.
