[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — Regarding termination of connection a/c no[protected]

I had been using tata docomo connection (account No:[protected] and was paying payment regularly for my monthly usage till JULY 2012. In august 2012, I made payment by cheque No 16 of kotak mahindra bank ltd for Rs.1639/- to collection executive ( I have receipt for the same which i am attaching herewith). As collection executive Chirajeev Misplaced my cheque and same was not presented in bank, tata docomo stopped my services from 19th sep 2012 which was also intimated to me by them via email from tata.[protected]@tatadocomo.com to my email Id vinit.[protected]@gmail.com captioned "Service Restriction intimation" on Tue, Sep 18, 2012 at 9:37 AM. According to mail,tata docomo stopped my services from very next day. When my service was disconnected , i enquired and got to know that my cheque is misplaced and hence was not presented. I was assured by Mr. Chiranjeev that I donot need to make the payment and cheque is lying with him and he will deposit the same as soon as possible, after 15 days when next bill was genrated i enquired with Mr. chiranjevi again ( M: [protected] ) who confirmed that my cheque was misplaced and there is no need to worry. he will issue me letter regarding misplaced cheque and thereafter i can continue using services by making payments for period upto 19th SEP 2012 on pro rata basis.

I have been following up with chirjeev for a while by the time next bill got overdue and collection executive Mr. hemant Dhede (M: [protected]) approached me on 23/10/2012 who assured me that it was mistake from collection agency and he will get the connection terminated and asked me to pay amount of Rs. 2500/- after discussion with his supervisor Mr. prashant ([protected]) and assured that connection will get terminated in next 2 days. howvever, till date it is not resolved and reflecting pending. when i followed up with Mr. hemant , he said that it is initiated for waiver and will take time. Lateron , after a month he said that he has left the job due to harassment done by Mr. prashant and can no longer help me. he gave me number of Mr. prashant ([protected]) who never picked up my calls till date. in the meanwhile i was getting continuous calls from tata docomo regarding payments to be made. I then approached their tata docomo outlet on FC road where i came across Mr. sagar[protected] who is unable to give me any feedback expect connection is not live and billing has been stopped for next whole month. later on , he provided me number of Mr.Mahesh mokashi ( [protected]) whom i am following on phone as well as on mail since 1st week of FEB 2012, however i have not received any telephonic as well as email response.

Request you to look into the matter at the earliest and terminate my account at the earliest.

this has been a very harassing experience with tata docomo and i have pledged that i will never use any product of tata brand now on wards. Customer service is pathetic and staff has nothing to do with customer grievances nor their brand image, on the contrary they count us various problems faced by them in this company such as systems not working, supervisors do not approval waiver amounts,

Please do the needful . I am respectable customer who needs justice as i am no way at fault in all this matter.
