Tata Docomo — Sim card still not activated 2.5 days now | |||
i lost my old Sim card then applied for a new one with the same number with all the proper documents copy of FIR. the said that "it will be activated within 30 minutes" its 2.5 days now, and still they are saying it will activated soon! i applied for the new Sim at tata docomo brand store!! please activate it as soon as possible really facing a lot of difficulties!! very disappointed with the service! Tata Phones — new sim card not activated
sir,on 3-2-2009 i put life validity sim card for my tata cell phone for
RS/ 300- AND top up for Rs/50. The place i did all this is KUMBAKONAM TANJORE DT. at TATA PHONE SALE AND SERVICE OFFICE POTRAMARI KULAM KUMBAKONAM.
They gave cell number as [protected]. and told it will be activated in one hour.
But till this day 6-2-2009 it is not activated and when i contacted the manager [protected] there was no response from him.
I thought TATA is big company and do good service. but all in words and in action
Till now i am wating for my net work connection

Personal use phone — Not activation of SIM card
I have bought a Airtel SIM Serial No[protected] Mobile No[protected] from sub distributer Baijnath (HP) on 07 May 2009. The SIM not yet activated till date. I have requested several times to sub distributed, but these has been taken so for. Identity proof and passport size photo alteady submitted to the distributed. Please check the status and confirm today without fail by 1400 hours. dear

With all the regards to Tata family and there organizations who have done best for India, I regret to state that being fad up of your after sales services ., I herewith request u to please cancel your telephone services for me with immediate effect.
It is more that 15 days that the customer care executive is teaching me as how to charge the unit. rather than get the battery replaced which runs out just by one or two calls.
Some times the data cable in vadodara are not available and we have to call it from Ahmedavad. Some time the cheque in the drop box vanishes and again i have to send the person for payment, some time the location of Franchise changes and even Ho at Ahmedavad does not know it Further the right to call me by 1st name is restricted to my few classmates and my intimate relations only and none should snatch this right from me.
I am an NRI of 72 years settled in India and opted for Tataphon due to high Image and reputation of Tata organizations however i am utterly disappointed with the day by day deteriorating after sales services.
Please disconnect ur services with immediate effect and ask ur local franchise to collect any due immediately
