[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Stop charging VAS (Value Added Services) or Stop these services | |||
Hi All, This is to inform all the users of TATA DOCOMO prepaid services that, these Tata Docomo Employees are deducting balance of many innocent people everytime without any reason. This is before one month, when i was travelling in a train, and suddenly got an SMS that i was been charged for some VAS (Value Added Services) 'Keeda' Services and 30 Rupees were deducted from my balance. I was so depressed with this SMS that I told the customer service that it was just mistake from your side that the service I have not taken it and didn't want to. Then the employee called me again and said that we cannot put the balance back and I then told her that this is from your end some technical problem that you deducted my balance. After next day they re-filled the amount and said that it was there system problem which let the balance cut from my mobile. Again after 22 days, same thing happened, 42 Rupees were deducted from my mobile for some 'VuclipValue site', How in heaven i know what this site is about? I just got an SMS for the deduction. I was so horrified that I called the customer care again and she told they cannot re-fill the balance that i have used this site and they have charged accordingly. Then after so many abusive talks to the customer care, they rechared my balance and returned 42 Rupees again. I appeal to bring your voice to stop all the VAS (Value Added Services) which they offer and without any reason they deduct our balance amount from mobile with treathening people that we have used their services. They should know that they can do this but they cant do it when all are against it and don't want it any way... Pls forward these message by email to your fellow workers and friends to stop using TATA DOCOMO mobile services. This service will ruin your life and will make you sleepless. Nothing can be done now, I have taken another VODAFONE prepaid number, its working very nice and appreciate the customer center guy who told that when i start activating VAS service, i will be getting a notification, if i really want that service or not wanted...this is a nice option to stop automatic VAS service activation...unlike TATA DOCOMO, it starts anytime anywhere without awareness of the customer and we get SMS for the charges...

Tata Docomo — Charged for value added service
I have been charged Rs.16/- for some value added service from Tata Docomo which i never subscribed. I got a message saying "You have been charged Rs.16/- for this service". And really my balance was deducted. This is not a sign of good service provider.Please help me.
