Tata Docomo — Stopped working

I had purchased a photon connection ob 1st Jan 2013, for the whole month they did not support me as my laptop was not supportin the photon device they provided, they were not even ready to replace the device. Anyhow the problem was resolved, later my device started working and again the services are stop as on today 7th Feb 2013 due to CV not cleared, i had provided all the documents and still from last one month I am facing problem with Tata photon services. They are not helping me in any kind, i called their employee at F C road pune branch from were i purchased the device, they are very rude and not helping. Hope here my problem will be resolved.
