[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Tata Docomo Daylight robbery Flash | |||
I took a new tatadocomo prepay connection at Kerala . I got some flash message on my mobile after some days and when i tried to click on the notification bar by seeing a star sign they charged me Rs 25 , On contacting the customer care they are saying it is some flash message (TOMContent478 is a chargeable link you have accessed in your handset )which I never subscribed. Please stop this unethical practice to make more profit .This is not one off case I cud see lot of complaints regarding the same issue in www.consumercourt.in ,www.grahakseva.com and https://www.consumercomplaints.in. This is very much annoying to customers . I do recharges to make call SMS and use 3G and no other service is activated. On contacting the customer care they are saying they cannot stop doing it and what they can do is just take this as a feedback . This is pathetic.. They are telling to visit their outlet. I have the full chat history with me. If you want I can attach here, {Venkat} Please do visit the outlet and get your issue resolved directly sir.
