Tata Docomo — Transaction Successful But pack not activated on my number

My docomo number is [protected] I recently recharge my number with Rs 46 Pack for roaming for 60 days through rechargeitnow.com and recharge was successful and i got a conformation message from docomo mentioning pack activated for roaming for 60 days with transaction id [protected].
I contacted customer care but they don't have answer they just say they can't do anything and just cut the call.Now all docmo relationship center,Customer care ,Online chat everybody is telling to forget that money and recharge again or contact that website but this common sense that recharge was sucessful and docomo got money and docomo sent conformation message too with transaction id mentioned above.

Docomo Guys please check and do something

Now i have recharged again with rs 46 pack for roaming on 17 may 2012 because i was facing problems without that pack but so now i want my previous (Recharged on 13 may trans id given above ) 46 rs refunded or i want that 46 rs as topup in my tatadocomo number also i emailed to [protected]@tatadocomo.com and there is not reply till date is this the way you are working

1.Does docomo provides free incomng in roaming only in states where docomo has self established towers or in others even..

2. is incomng free from from no. of any co. to tata or just from tata to tata..

My docomo number is [protected], recently recharge my number with Rs 59 Pack for ISD call at 1p/sec for 30 days through http://www.tatadocomo.com/online-recharge.aspx and recharge was successful and the money got deducted from my account but i didn't got any conformation message from docomo.The transaction id [protected].

Please transfer me back the money or recharge my phone with the same pack.

I am Kuldeep Singh my no is [protected].today 28/12/2012 at 7:55am i recharged online by SBI Bank Rs.30 Rupees my numbey but i don't got any talktime or Balance. i already sent emal to customer care they reply me and saying your recharge is Successfull.but i don't have any balance for that.
please check the Transaction details online SBI IGE9998798 transfer to Bildesk Transaction A at 28/12/2012 7:55 am.
