Unable to activate Service

I activated BlackBerry services on my number (+917795603383) on 23/07/2012. After several follow ups with their customer care team, the issue was escalated to the network team. It seems EDGE is working at my home, but not inside my office. My home is just 1 km away from my office. Even though the issue was escalated to network team yesterday, no one has followed up till today 5:45 PM. So I have decided to move on with a another service provider and that is in progress. I have asked them to refund the amount (Rs. 399 was deducted from my account for BlackBerry services). This was initiated today morning and still did not find any progress on this too(I expected atleast an automated response). I am even discontinuing the connection, as I cannot carry 2 phones. It will be really good if the amount in my account also can be refunded.

This issue was taken over by Tata Docomo customer care. My number was disconnected due to non submission of documents and I resubmitted those in the TATA Docomo store, which never got updated in their records and the account continued to be inactive for more than a month. Meanwhile, I was in continuous touch with TATA Docomo, through mails and finally on Aug 24, 2012 they activated my account(I was never able to confirm whether it was done, as I was out of station). I was able to check the same only on 03 Sep 2012 and when I put the sim card in my phone, it read "Sim card registration failed". The mail communication with customer care went on. Today morning a guy from Tata Docomo confirmed that my account is permanently disconnected and I should visit the Tata Docomo store to get this resolved now.

Even though I was willing to retain the connection, now i just don't want to take this headache anymore. So Tata Docomo should be refunding the amount left in my account along with the Blackberry charges deducted.
