Dear sir i visited by mistake (www.singhboy.com) this site on 31.5.11. My docomo no. [protected]. I didn't download any thing from that website even i was charged 99 rs. Twice. Total 198 I clicked only on liveTV link which is not chargable. I request u to refund my balance which you deducted. This is cheater web site. They have not manationed on livetv link that you will be charged here Rs.99. Please refund my balance kindly. and i asked nodal officer how can you say that all chargable web site deducate money honestly? But he did not answer me. You can also visit this site and conform yourself. Does this site charge u fairly? Docomo must have conneation with such kind of sites to send them payment. Stop thair payment. I have been using tata docomo network bearing number [protected]. My account is been deducted for rs 5/- every 3 days stating this is for internet package which I have activated. Past 3 days when this issue came I called up customer care but no response is taken against my problem. Everytime i called customer care for this problem but they take no action. Kindly take action against my problem and please refund my money. i will be very thankful to you.

my number is [protected]. i got a message from a NETWAP service that "subscription to bollywood has been renewed at rs.1 upto[protected] for 00 mins. To stop. dial 155223." when i dial these number for deactivation it says i haven't any active pack.this service charges 1rs/day. if its not showing under the list of activated pack then why the money is deducted from my balance?? and i cant even deactivate it. I everyday call to customer care but they are not giving satisfactory answer. seems lyk they also don't have enough knowledge about the problem. This is getting so irritating. so plz stop that messages and refund my money. From almost last 2 months i m getting this messages and the deduction is so unfair.

This is the second complaint I am lodging on tata docomo. On 9th Oct, I had recharged with Rs.43 plan. The plan says that for local mobiles half paisa per second ( i.e., 30 p/minute) would be charged and the first call would be charged as 2p/second. But when I made the SECOND call, my duration of the call was 7 seconds and the call charge was 16p and still all calls are charged more.
Why is this happening?
I called customer care but they are not responding properly.
Plz pay attention towards my complaint and setright it ASAP.

I fact they did not make me any call because I did never received their call. By the way there no any need to make me call becaue every thing related to compaint was given in complaint.
They are trying to cheat customer by such unfair deduction.
