[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — Unnecessary balance deduction

My balance as on 26 June 2012 in morning was Rs. 8.44. But then all my balance got deducted. On asking Customer Care (named Harish) they told me that it was due to calls made by me. But I had not made any calls throughout the day.

On asking further he kept on saying the same and then disconnected the call.

My number is [protected]. They have deducted my 35 rupees & they have blocked my customer service also.
These has been repeated by them several times. We don't activate any thing then also they deduct our balance.

If my balance is not refunded I will take a legal against Tata Docomo because now this is too much.

Tata Docomo — un-necessary balance deduction

Dear sir, .for a few days I have been suffering from un-necessary balance deduction of Rs-1 on every day through the messages from NETWAP. I have contacted Customer Care for several times. But have not gotten any solution. Please help me from this deduction of balance.

I also activated my net in the morning which became useless for me as due to zero balance i was not able to use it.

(Balance of Rs. 8.44 is after deducting the net charges)
I have SMS pack activated in my phone of Rs. 43 in which i get 3000 messages. But then also 1 paisa for each message is being deducted from my balance.

Its been a week but no action is yet taken...

I am customer of Tata Docomo and my mobile number is [protected] from past 3 years since from last 4 to 5 months My facing problem that unnecessarily my balance is been getting deducted, when i call up helpline agents say that i have activated Value added service called bollywood hulchul and Ever green songs even tho which i have not subscribeed to some agents speak me very rudely and disconnects the call and when i have marked a mail to [protected]@tatadocomo.com they helped my out by refunding my balance to my account, again the same thing ks keep on repeating the packages keeps on getting activated & i have to send a mail then they will refund my balance i am fed up of this complains and i have requested to not activate any pack until i subscribe it without my knowledge the packages keeps on getting activated

Hi,

I have also faced the same problem. Bollywood services and evergreen songs have been activated in my mobile [protected] without my notice and Rs 30 got deducted all of a sudden. I had immediately deactivated the service by dialing 155223. There were other times when the photoshoot services also got activated without my notice. It is really frustrating to have such services activated without any confirmations. I want my balance credited back to my account. Hope DOCOMO will resolve such issues. I dont want these kinds of value added services for this mobile service.

I don't know how but there but there has been frequent deduction of Rs. 5 from my account balance and they are not informing me about the reason of this balance deduction.About Rs. 20-30 ge deducted everyday.Kindly check the reason for it and please unsuscribe any pack if any activated .

My number is [protected] My 4 rupess had been deducted unnecessarily I called customer & informed them she said to call after some time & when I called it was blocked I want my money back Please kindly look into the matter & do the needful.

dear sir,

i am vijay jadhav i have recharge with Rs. 97 on 13.09.13 for local tata to tata free coll. but this Service to activated. please refund my amount
On 8 november, I activated a Rs8 2g data plan for 50mb valid for 1 day. I served hotmail.com to view my e mails which would not consume more than 50 mb data. I noticed that the plan was over and immediately stopped the internet. On checking my balance it was Rs 0.08 whereas after activation of Rs 8 pack, my balance was Rs 125. On calling the customer care, they told you served internet after the pack was over hence you were charged Rs125 and they refused to tell the amount of data used.
First of all it is not possible to consume data worth Rs 125 by email checking. If also a maximum of Rs 10 will be consumed not 125. If the company says i consumed data worth Rs 125, please ask them to provide the details of the website used which consumes so much data in some seconds. I even didn’t download anything. Kindly get me the deserving amount back.
Sir, I am very fed up from my company. They are cutting my balance every second month without my permission.Today they deducted Rs.40 unnecessarily as buddy chat scheme.Kindly help me and refund my balance amount...I will be very thankfull to you...

i am bharat parmar my cell no [protected]. my no gprs scheme activate till 23 march. 3 days ago i have received massage subscription to gprs will be renewed in 3 days. then i have recharge 150 and my account balance 171. but 23 march my scheme expire and due to system constraint my scheme not renewed. and my balance 27 rs deduction for use of main balance. today i have call customer care but they have bad response.
