Tata DoCoMo - unnecessary deductions

I had made complaint to tata docomo customer care dept. Through ref.no. GBL 0927148716 they closed the complaint after giving me Rs.10/- as refund. I made complaint for not to make unneccessary deductions from my account, but not for the refund of Rs.10/- after deducting Rs.45/-
Further, i am continuous receiving messages from no.57775 stating "your request could not be processed due to insufficient balance' .
FYI, I am not making any request to the no.57775 .
I mailed to tata docomo cust.care centre, but nothing has been done.
Please look into the matter.
