Tata Docomo — Unoperational customer care service | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, I gave the application to port my no. [protected] from Tata Docomo to Vodafone. The application was registered more than 25 days ago. Their toll free customer care executives do not help at all. Even their online complaint service is unoperational. Their website never accepts the complaints and gives error everytime. Porting generally takes 7-10 days but after about a month, this is a headache, when there is nobody to listen. This is a ruthless thing to do with a customer. Please help me.
