Unsubscribe Netwap/Cineone Service
Hi,
From the past 2 weeks some net wap services and cine one photo alerts have been activated on my number. It keeps deducting 1 rupee per day. Please deactivate these services on my number 7204439280 and refund my lost money also...

You can call *191# and follow 6th option in order to deactivate any VAS services activated on your number.

Net wap services alerts have been activated on my number. It keeps deducting 1 rupee per day. Please deactivate these services on my number +919041798566. and customer care don't help me. they are n't receiving my calls and they put my call in their reject list .

They keep deducting rs 1 for past week.
i called 155223 but no service is activated according to them and customercare says the same.
And still deduction of money from my prepaid account is on going.
Deactivate the service as soon as possible.

i am losing my balance daily on my number from tata docomo by receiving newsalert from netwap.when i tried to check services with dnd of tatadocomo, it does not say i am registered with any service. already i have lost around 500 rs. on another service which i never activated. where the hell do tata docomo ppl think they are looting the money from ppl's mobile balance???

Daily deduction for service which was never activated and also not getting deactivated ever my mobile number is 8050350215 and service provider is TATA DOCOMO. I haven't activated any service but still I am daily receiving SMS from TA-NETWAP having following message Hi! Your subscription to on TATA DOCOMO DIVE-IN WAP has been renewed at Rs 1 . To Stop, Dial 155223 (Toll Free) For this i called Docomo customer care (121) for at least 8 to 10 times. at 4-5 times Docomo customer representatives said they have deactivated the service and i will receive deactivation message within next 3-4 hours but i never receive any such sms. Also every time i tell them this fact they just say i have deactivated service this time for sure and you will get sms in 3-4 hours. i am completely frustated by their replies and the service is not getting deactivated. I also tried dialing above no. 155223(Docomo service activation/deactivation portal) and deactivated service from there and after some time i received message that you are not subscribed for this service. To subscribe sms SUB CRI to 51818. Please help me in stopping this service and refund my money which is getting deducted daily Rs.1 for more than a month or couple.

Hi docomo,
Please deactivate the netwap services and cine one photo alert from my mobile nos 80500-00235 and 74115-74120 with immediate effect. And without my knowledge you have activated data pack of 65 Rs on 25th of Aug, and I called your customer services, who said they had deactivated, but I did not received my money back. Why you people are forging us. Your customer service center is very bad, when we call them, they will attend and they put on hold and they never took back the call again.

Hi
Initially Cineone services used to deduct 1 Rupee, but this time its saying it will deduct 2 Rupees
and I don't know how it got activated without my concern.
Please deactivate the Cineone services on 7411575060.
