Tata Docomo — Worst service ever.. plan changed but same speed.. | |||
am using tata docomo from last few months.. the service is so pathetic that i cant even word it.. - internet goes down multiple times. - speed goes too slow multiple times.. - My account link doesnt work.. - i asked to change my plan to 10Mbps.. got confirmation that they changed it from this billing cycle.... but the speed is still 2Mbps.. when i called 20 days back.. they registered complaint.. but no action or call back even after reminding 3 times.. - had a password issue sometime back.. ppl did not even know how their own website works.. tool 2 months to resolve.. i wrote emails to every single escalation mailer.. but folks were just useless.. - even now.. my plan (as they say is changed) is 10 mbps.. and i get 2 mbps... :( .. I have written a warning to them saying that i will not pay my bill according to new bill.. but am sure it will fall to deaf years and bill will be according to new plan.. if thats the case.. i will close the connection and live on my airtel 3G instead .. worst connection.. take anything.. but tata .. Tata Docomo — Worst service
Worst service from tata docomo. Today i called to customer care and asked quires they even dont know to answer and cut my call. And I am unable to call for the second time. Poor service from docomo you can call to customer care only once per day and they cut the call when you try to connect to customer care. this is so worst.
