[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Wrong information from customer care | |||
Dear Sir, This is to inform you that i was sent the request for porting into airtel on[protected] as per the schedule, the number should be ported within 7 days from request date but it not happend then i was called on 121 at[protected] and talked with your executive. As discussed, He told me that due to your documents was still not received as your porting request has been cancelled and you will have to send request & submit the documents again for further process. As per conversation, I recharged my tatadocomo number with 100 rs at 9.40 pm near about by using internet banking and at that time i have had 90 rs. balance but at 10.30pm on[protected], my number was gone into porting process, after that, in midnight, my tatadocomo number is changed into Airtel & when i checked my balance then i had lost my previous balance. All this happened, because of the wrong information of your tatadocomo executive. Now, I want to settlement of my previous balance. Please refund my lost balance and add this current balance at earliest. Regards Amit K. Tata Docomo — Customer care of tata Docomo
I am using tata docomo from 3 months. once my brother called me and he said he lost his mobile and asked me to call tata docomo customer care and he asked me to block his no. which he lost (to avoid misuse of his no.) So, then i called customer care and informed the situation. But the customer care guy he blocked my no. That guy don't have common sense, as if we lose the mobile how come we can call from that no. only.....? Now to unblock i have to resubmit the id proof which i gave and i have to pay 75/- for unblocked. Then again i called customer care and said about the problem happened by the customer care executive. This is really bad about this customer care ! I have to see what will go on next but still my no. is blocked. I was recharge wrongly the number [protected] on 10.10.2009 at 9.52 pm.But Imy mobile number is [protected]. and my complain number is 795858.please take the action quickly as soon as possible
My mob no.[protected] last 3 month i have used this number .but after one month before my phone got stuck while using the docomo sim .but perfectly work for all other network .i just enquiry with a phone service station they told the problem is for sim.I was complaint to the chennai customer care executieves about this problem but there is no proper response.again and again i was complained then they told their is no authorised outlets for DOCOMO in Chennai.They gave a shop number but that number never responding plz kindly do something for changing my sim with the same number
my friend number starts with 80XXXXXXXX, he stays in pune, when i tried to call him using any operator i am not able to reach him. kindly instruct me how to dial that number. thanking you

Airtel — Wrong Information processing
The services provided by airtel is absolutely a headache. There was a message in my inbox claimingh that all the tariff rate of STD calls have been droped down to Rs 1.5/-. But in Friendz card the scheme is not applicable this is not mentioned. Why the hell do u send messages when the scheme is not applicable? After making a STD call I found that my Rs 149 has simply drowmned away i.e. tariff of Rs 3.4 is active to me.Why do you outsource a wrong information? On contacting customer care they say you will have to check by yourself. Moreover the range of airtel is so weak that hardly a message is reached even when cell is out of coverage area.
