Dear Mr. S M Ansari,

Yes, Ishan Bhatt has interacted with me after the car was given for attending the speed drop problem and I have noted his mails even after the accident which are anyway a part of this message earlier too which I have mailed to all concerned. Thanks for refreshing everyone and please do note as below:

1. My trust in the TATA Brand value
2. The repeated car problem/ visits to the dealer workshop
3. The impact of the accident
4. The severe damage to the vehicle
5. The mental agony and distress on seeing the new vehicle in its
damaged condition - a wreck as it is.
6. I do very seriously have apprehension as to how such a severely
damaged vehicle (frontal collision) could get back its alignment/
originality. The repaired vehicle would only give more visits to
the workshop and be more of a mental agony and repeating myself as
in the below mail that this car would anyway have lost its resale
value too.
7. Being an automobile enthusiast myself and having worked hands on I
do understand that the car can never be as an original new. Else
TATA or any auto manufacturer would not need to put up a plant
with its hundreds of jigs, fixtures and co-ordinate machines.
8. So I would suggest that you note the above and immediately
recommend the concerned to replace the damaged car with a new one.

If anyone there who is working in Tata motors head office, please read this, before we thought to buy a car we rounded up to buy Swift suzuki but later on we bought Indica vista .But noticed many problems like noise under the dash board, noise in the power steering while turning, noise in the shock observers, WE FEEL IT IS LIKE A SECOND HAND CAR NOT EVEN 1 YEAR COMPLETE .We bought it in hyderabad show room near bowenpalli, medchal route .We gave several times for servicing and told the problems .After servicing they tell problem rectified and they tell us that we will get phone call and answer that every thing good. Now we are so frustrated and may be we are thinking to go to consumer court or some higher officials, please advice us to what to do, if any one good people give response who things about Tata brand please repply then i will give full details about the car and infomation.[protected]

hello sir this is ankit rai from champawat. i have indica vista aura saffire. i have break problem in this car. when i drive this car on traffick r city that time i using break n clutch both. when i press break 3 or 4 time after that break goes tight n didn't press.. last two day ago my car was a small accident throug that problem.
so sir please solve my problem immideatly.
actually i live in hill station n there r mant turn n up n downs. so i need good break always.
i m now affraid to drive this car.
