Tata Indica Vista Tdi — Oil leakage problem

Hi,

My name is Syed Tanveer Ahmed and I own TATA Indica VISTA TDI, I would like to escalate this issue to regional head that I am facing in my car right from the first day I have the problem of oil leakage in my car and I have been giving my car for service to Prerana Motors Kudlu gate.

I have complained more than 3 times on the same oil leakage problem to prerana motors kudlu gate service station and they have not rectified. I have all the bills and proofs with me whenever this problem is occurred and they say it is resolved infact till today it is not resolved. All the time am beating around the bushes with the same problem. I request you to please take my issue on high priority and solve the problem.

I request you please reply to my mail and commit that this problem will be resolved and it will not reproduce the same in near future. Please take this mail as a formal complaint mail from my side.
