Tata Indica Vista Tdi — Manufacturing complaint | |
I have buyed a new INDICA VISTA TDI on 9 July 09 and after receiving my car from Agency ( Tayal MOTORS ). I Came back and ask him that My Door Windshield is not closing Tightly and the Front Windshield is also loose and Left Back Door is not opened from INSIDE, The Washers are also not working, But The Agency told me that your problems will be resolved in the first service, than I drive my car for one month and completed 1200 Kms after that when i get Serviced my car from TRIUMPH MOTORS than again I launched all the cmplaints, But still I Did n't get any problem resolved by the agency. They blame on t he TATA MOTORS an they are not changing anything or not repairing anything on 8 August. Still I am facing these problems including The Low Pickup, Low Average, Low AC Cooling. Now Please resolve y problem and tell me what I DO ?As I have send too many mails to TATA MOTORS regarding this, BUt still i didn't get any reply from his side. The car registration no. is HR29 U 9399. Please reply me as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |

i too agree for this, but make sure to deal them with leagel action. Because i too have prob. wit my new vista limited edition, the problem wit front suspension sound.. THey r refusing to take the prob. so i m thinking to register an complaint against the dealer to tata customer care...
