Hi ,
I just want to bring to notice that I have been facing lot of
problems in my car Tata Indica TDI which I bought on December 2009.My
car number is PB 11 AQ 6221 . When I bought this car, just after one
month I started facing issues with the parts of that car. In the
beginning, There was a problem in a clutch. Then mechanics in service
centre changed the clutch .After changing the clutch , issue came in
Flywheel . It was also changed .Then after 3 months , complete
gearbox was changed. In last 1.3 years, so many times i had to bring
my car to service centre for lot more reasons. During this duration of
1.3 years, following parts have been changed:
1) Clutch
2) Flywheel
3) Gearbox
4) Power Stearing Assembly
Now again for the past 3 months , i have been again facing issue in
Gearbox. First 2 gears are not getting meshed properly when the engine
gets cooled down. Mechanics in Patiala service centre are saying that
they are not able to resolve the problem. They have changed parts in
gear box but not able to resolve the issue.
I have already talked to Regional service engineers (Prakhar) and
CRM manager (Mr. Pathak) but they gave me unsatisfying replies and now
I am helpless and have no other option but to take some action.
Although I have a blog being accessed by 1800 readers per month, I
would not like to post these details or reviews I am having with me on
that blog . I have been harassed a lot by people in service centre of
Patiala and not getting any support from Goyal Motors Patiala also.
But if they keep on mentally harassing me ,then i have to take some
serious action against all .
I did not want to take this issue to such extent but the service
engineers and service centre is unable to resolve the issue for past 1
year. Waiting for the reply till next week ,Now i feel myself cheated.
