Irresponsible and foolish service to the customers
I have a complain with Tata Indicom Broadband services.
I have taken a connection of 256Kbps one month back.
From the day one and till today I have launched many complains at their Customer Care.
Few major complains are :
1) Connecting jack is loose
2) Slow speed which is only upto 14Kbps
3) Whenever electricity turns off and comes again there is no internet connectivity for 1-2 hours
4) Now I am not even able to get the internet connection
Every time they give me a new Complain number but nothing happens with those issues.
No body bothers even to attend the issues.
Not even they give a call back whether the issue is resolved or am I still facing the problem.
For my first issue that was the connecting jack was loose, nobody came to resolve that.
But now they say that the issue is Resolved and closed at their end.
Apart from this the latest problem was that I was getting the internet connection with discontinuity.
I called for this complain and the person asked me to change the DNS number.
Once I changed it, my internet connectivity is now gone forever.
I am not at all able to connect to the internet.
3 days are passed but there is no response from their side.
And they take the full payment for this hell sort of service.
Many times I had asked them to let me talk with their manager Mr. Sumit Athalye but
Every time I get the response that he is not available.
