[Resolved] Tata Indicom Broadband — No response for 45 days | |||
I raised a complaint on Oct 14th 2011 for no connectivity at my area (Manapakkam). They conveniently closed my complaint thrice over the period of 15 days. Finally the nodal officer sent me a mail as below.. Regards Nodalofficer.south1 Tata Communications Limited Chennai [protected][protected] Somebody came twice and told me that their cable was stolen and were working on the issue. Till date the issue is not resolved. When I asked for downtime credit, they told me to pay the bill first (the line was down for 45 days) and they will then think about giving downtime credit. So then I paid the money, the line is still not up and they are suggesting that they might give a small credit of Rs. 169 to keep me happy... The service is pathetic, the call center tricky and finally they have a sweet talking Manjusha who will keep calling to tell that credit cannot be given. I tell her to bring up the line at least, we can discuss credit later, but she insists on talking about credit first. Bringing line up depends on the vicissitudes of nature! Tata Indicom Broadband — COMPLAINT NOT RESOLVED SINCE 14 DAYS
I have given a complaint on 10/6/2008(No. 6014174) regarding cable cut behind my house due to which I could not get internet. After several follow up with call center and after that Nodal officer(E-mail also sent to her), after 4 days they have rejoined the cable and went away without even checking whether the internet is restored or not in my house. Immediately I have called call center on 14/6/08 and told them that I am not getting net. Then they have generated one more complant no.(No. 6062942) stating that the earlier complant is closed(without solving the issue). Till now not even a single technical person has visited my place and solved the problem. I called call center. But no use. Then this matter I have raised 4, 5 times with the Nodal officer here. All the times she used to said, she will look into the matter, but till now nothing has been done. Since 10th of June I am having disruption in broadband services and its 14th day today. And tonight my validity is also going to expire. This is the worst kind of response from ISP side which I have never expected. I called Nodal officer after having bad experience with call center. But the experince I got from Nodal officer also is same as that of call center. I request you to look into the matter and help me.
