Tata Indicom Broadband — issue of incorrect bill... | |||
i have a perpaid tata indicom modem.. when ever i recharge with internet pack of Rs. 350 or Rs. 201, the very next day i receive a messge stating i have certain sum of negative balance... i am facing this problem continously every month... i even complained in the customer care center o[censored]lhasnagar -5.. bt it was of no use. they had a rude talk with me.. this time i have recharged with Rs. 201 on 3rd March 2012 n yesterday i.e; 4th March 2012 i received a message stating i have a negative amount of Rs. 1124 which was not charged due to insufficient balance in my account.. And now my internet is not working.. My tata indicom number is [protected] kindly help me as soon as possible.. Was this information helpful? | |||
