In my notepad compaq presario cq40 I'm Windows vista . Recently I purchased Tataindicom Plug2 Surf. I installed the drivers and all the required setups. If I try to connect to the internet then I'm getting below error message.

Error [721] : The remote Computer did not respond. For further assistance, Click more Information or Search help & support center for this error number.

What should I do for this error.

i bought a tata indicom sxc 1280 1 usb modem on 25-june-2009 and i started using it from 26-june, now that the bill has been arrived it says that the charges for my usage is rs-785 as i have used it merely for 7 days and the bill period is from 05-06-09 to 04-07-09 but i started using it from 27 0f june so how can i be charged from fifth of june.so can i get proper information or could you check my exact account calculation.my account no-933923787. tataindicom no-09233300651. bill no-707784345. your response will be highly appreciated. its urgent

Sir I got a PLS cdma modam from TATA Indicom office, Anand Vidyanagar Road, Vidyanagar on 27-7-2009 but a modam not work properly and the relatad staff is not give me a compleate information about it.

My madam is not dectad in my PC then I told them to give me a modam software but they didn't any thing about it.
