No response of mails/calls
I raised my concern via an email at "Mon, 18 Jan 2010 20:11:56 IS" Twith subject line "Complain: requesting to activate new connection after 48 hrs of patience" and following contents:
Dear Officer,
One of my relatives brought a new connection from Tata Indicom on last Saturday (16th Jan, 2010). The new number given is: 9222522329. But unfortunately, this is already 48 hrs over and yet to get activation of the new connection.
Can you please advice your staffs to act little fast?

After that I didn't receive any response or call. Then I tried to call their customer care centre and asked to speak nodal officer Ms. Suguna Shetty (provided in web site). One person (he later told his name is Hemant) picked the phone and told nodal officer was busy with some meeting. So I told him everything; he enquired and said the dealer had not submitted any document and that's why the connection is not activated.
Then I spoke to my relatives and they informed me that the shop is still not open!! I requested them to provide the contact details from the cash memo. The name of the shop is "Sumati Nath Cell Point:" at Rawalpara, Dahisare, Mumbai and two contact numbers was provided (9819889241, 9322267487) and no one was picking calls in either number.
Then I tried to reach Hemant at Tata Indicom Customer Care to know whether there is any dealer with that name in Tata Indicom's database. But I tried at least 50 times, but this time no one was picking the call; it seems either they were putting the call intentionally in hold mode --or-- was disconnecting the call. Every time call was ringing, but neither I got any automated reply, nor any response from call centre personnel. This is simply disgusting and frustrating.
I am raising my concern here.
