I have this problem from the time i have taken the number [protected] . when ever i call any body or i get a call the front person can not hear me properly the voice CRACKS. i call up the call center also but still they can not solve my problem they take my complaint and just give me time to call them back i got lot of work depended on this number and because of this problem i cant make calls and have a conversation.. and plz solve my problem o else u will lose a customer and ill never suggest any body to buy TATA

Dear siri want to state that In the plan of pay per call offer they are not telling there are not a facility of free sms card full talk time & free min of tata to tata call.
i m not compllaing but i want to say please start sms card facility

Tata indicom Plug to surf in Meghalaya, Williamnagar is too slow. It is said that plug to surf get the to 18 to 30 but in here it's speed is 301 bytes per second. do something.

i purchased plug to surf of tata indicom i changed my plan from 750 to 350rs two months before but the headof yamuna nagar branch mr.manoj he didnt change the plan for he blamed he that i have not submit any request of that kind due to which unnecessary i have to pay 750 rs for that month . but again happened with the next month i went to him and he told me to pay 350 rest will be paid by him but now as the due date pass out for the bill modem is not working and showing that your amount is due .According to me a strict action should be taken as it leads to a great problem for the customers his name is mr . manoj and his id is

TATA Indicom — Nano plan cheating
Dear Sir,The Nano plan is a very cheating plan.
In this plan we were told that total billing will be Rs.3025/- and it will have 5000 minutes of talk time free.
And when the bill comes it will be 3025+call charges separate.
It is a very cheating plan.
Must be abolished immidietly.

i have made all the dues clear and the connection was surrendered to one employee of the tata group in jalgaon and the told me to break the sim card in front of him the employee even made me talk to his senior and told me all your dues are clear now and now onwards no bill will come .
now after 1 month their advocate sends me a notice o[censored]sing the connection and not paying bill.
every now n then they are harrasing me in the phone.

This is inform you that i am having a tataindicom postpaid connection no ([protected]) which i am using last more than one and half year. Sir i am facing problem from the august 09 months bill. Company send me a bill no[protected] for the period 20/07/09 to 19/08/09 of amount INR 4013.00. When i complaint at customer care for checking the fault in the billing. No bobody is taking the attention in the matter. As per me my uses is not more than 1500 Rs for that month. So i complaint again n again to the 121. but still the problem is same with. And they people calls me daily for the payment but sir with recieving the correct why i will pay. I always them you please send me the correct bill. But still i am looking for the updated bill for the month of aug09. Now after one month new bill generated so i see that they have charged 100 INR as an late payment for the previous month bill. But they delay is from TATA side i many time told them you please send me the correct bill than i will make the payment. Sir now please you tell me what to do.
I am feeling very helpless in this matter.
Now finally they people(TATA) barred my outing going calls also due to non payment.
I am not declining for the payment but i need the correct detailed bill Ist.
Now sir its a mental and physical harassment for me.
