TATA Indicom — Uninstall internet connection

We took Tata Indicom internet connection on 28th August 2009. Our account no.[protected]. We want you to disconnect internet connection as soon as possible.
The bill which comes after 8th November 2009 will not be accepted. So do this as soon as possible.

I have lost my cell along with your Tata simcard, I approached your dealer" Tata exclusive showroom",
Avon Plaza, Thakur complex, Kandivli (e), Mum 101, for a new prepaid sim card with same number[protected], I was told the charge would be Rs.198/-, while your tata showroom, Malad (e), gave me the charges Rs.98 /, I approached the Thakur complex showroom and questioned his charges, and the dealer told Rs.100 was service charges and people pay it, and also said with attitude that if you want to buy for Rs.98 then go there.
I question your parameters for the rates which is appllied. Is there any universal code of conduct there
in your reputed organisation for regulation of prices, as Rs.100 is a vast difference.

TATA Indicom — NO COVERAGE

complaint docket no[protected]


We have registered a complaint with TATA INDICOM on 26th of oct(no coverage).They told us it will be resolved with in 10 days, has been not resolved till date.15 days have passed now.I have been trying to get in contact of nodal officer samit[protected].I have given request on this no 3 times since 4th of nov'09 but of no use as TATA INDICOM doesnot have any care for the customers as the nodal office desk had given me commitment to revert back and they failed to do so all the 3 times they commited.

we called up at the nodal desk at 12.00 pm today to find out the status and were kept on hold for 6 min and then the phone was disconnected by the executive.Even when we complained to the local distributor Royal Communications, We were told by the dist (Ijaz [protected])that TATA has got lot of business and don't need our small business and this was said infront of TATA network expert(Narendra [protected]).

We are really shocked to receive this type of service from TATA even after being regular in bill payment since we have started this connections.

We are in comuter service industry and being in service industry we can not afford to waste any more time with TATA INDICOM.so we have decided to get rid of this connections.

We request TATA to please settle the accounts, take back th phone instruments provided by them and refund us the deposit money and the amount paid for the phone instruments..The phone connection and instruments details are given below.

1.Lg lsp 350 wll Handset with ws-local 200 plan a/c no[protected]

2.Samsung SCH-B139 mobile Handset with prepaid connection [protected].

3.Samsung SCH-S259 mobile Handset with prepaid connection [protected].

Besides this particular complaint, I have given 3 to 4 complaints for same issue in aug.

TATA Indicom — False charges in bill

I am using a tata indicom mobile no. [protected] since june 2008 its a corporate number and my company is opted for a CUG plan in which i have to pay a rent of Rs.400 per month.

In this plan my all CUG calls to be free but TATA INDICOM was charging all CUG calls since begning and i came to know this fraud in month of march 2009.

After getting this information i tried to contact TATA INDICOM for asking the reason but from there side there was no response till date and they are still charging the CUG call.

And they also disturb me during my working hours.

TATA Indicom — replacement of mobile handset

sir,
i purchased a mobile set c6000(haier) cdma set(tata indicom),in warrenty period it stops working,
service center issued me a replacement certificate,but three months hapeend,still i did not get
new set ,

TATA Indicom — Highly Rude and irresponsible behaviour from TATA representatives.

To whomsoever it may concern!!


I have had already enough troubles from TATA when I had to bear the highly rude behaviour of your representatives as well!!

At around 5:00 PM today, I received a call from your representative today, who just hung up the phone in midst of conversation, without resolving my problems, as if already been charged for download charges that I never made and never been heeded for my problems was not enough.

I was charged for a download charge of Rs. 4000 which I never made and for which I sufficient proofs. The authorities clearly denied to wave off the charges, and ignored the proofs that I supplied.

Also, I called up my relationship manager Mr. Saranjeet ([protected]) to change my Rs. 1100 billing plan to the cheapest plan available on Nov. 02, and he promised he will. But my new billing cycle started on Nov. 09 and there was no change in the plan. I called him up the very next day, but he seemed to have forgotten the entire issue. Now, why would I be paying for your representative's mistake??

Today when I received a call from the number, [protected], I tried elucidating the same problems but your representative was just indifferent and un-bothered. He refused to acknowledge the problems I have been facing due to this faulty connection and asked me plainly to make the payment. I told him, if this would be the behaviour of TATA, I'd better get rid of this connection. He said "OK" and hung up the phone before I could say anything else.

I too work in a service provider firm but have never ever witnessed such lack of professionalism and lowly human values. So, if you and your customer representatives are not bothered about customers' grievances and they don't give a heed to the decreasing and unsatisfied clientele, why would the customers cooperate with you as well?!!

Now I repent why didn't I pay heed to my already dissatisfied friends when they adviced me not to go for TATA. I have decided I would not cooperate with TATA anymore and I will not stop here and will drag this matter to higher authorities to let them have an idea of how well a job your employees are carrying on in their client interactions. I would even try my level best to dissuade people from buying any TATA Service.

TATA Indicom — Poor internet speed and also poor customer service who are rude sometimes and not ready to help

Dear All,

I am using the broadband service provided by Tata indicom for past four months. The service was good initially but now the service has plummeted drastically and I am not seeing any improvement at all in the past 6 days. I called up the customer service a lot number of times(8 times infact),but invain. These people they don't know what they are doing. They are rude, not compatible, non empathetic, take lot of time and are poor in understanding. It takes almost a hour to end one call. They will be persistently transferring calls from one department to another and ultimately they will be ending up the call abruptly without solving the customer grievances. Throughout my lifetime I have not seen such a insolant behavior which Tata Indicom customer service people has show cased.
My problem is that I have a very slow internet speed. My download speed is also very slow. I spent almost half of my day on this. Everytime when I call It will be a different networking person over there so I will have to repeat the problem again and again. And their backend team they call me up only when I am not at home. Even after saying my convenient time they will be calling me up during my office hours and will be disturbing me every now and then and they will also be not knowing a simple landmark and will be more harsh towards customers. Do remember that we are the sole reason that your are earning your daily bread.Such insolant behavior will not be entertained.
So I am intensely dissatisfied with the service and want to discontinue my subscription with you people. I want the whole of my money refunded since from day one you are not giving good service. I have been patient all the time for improvement but It not happened at all.
Such lethargy and dereliction should be taken in to account seriouly and legal action should be taken against such people.
