dear sir, i bharti sehgal son of sh. b.l sehgal residence of 92-A, pocket -2 paschim puri new delhi-110063,have a tata walky connection last three yeras but last year my no. is 64683464, my this goning right till 28 march,2009 but on tthat day i was complaint by my friends and relatives that your phone is received by any other person on sarai rohilla railway station. and after this i was immediately call to tata custmer care and they send their engineer mr. imran and he told me that your is cloned and he told his seniors about this they advised me to replace the number and they give me the naew walky and number that is 64606722 but after one day that number is also cloned after i complaint 121 against this and the complaint is rectified and number is going on but the bill of this number they told me to remberce and adjust in future bill but i told them i am not carry on this number because trhis number is located in my home unkown call is coming on this phone but they told evaery thing is going nicely plz don't disconnect this number from august i paid my bill regularly but in may they disconnect my telephone bill and 2july 2010 i'll recevied one thretend call from [protected],he told me that he is calling from tis hazari court and some sort of complaint is file against you take the advocate mobile number clear the case.after this i file one police complaint in madipur police chowki and chowki incharge mr hari kishan talk to this number he refuses for any querry kindly sort out this matter make me from this spider crabmy mobile number is [protected]

I had paid the last bill of amount Rs 5440/-, Rs, 2043/- by cash and Rs3400/-by cheque of which the cheque being dishonourd I had made the payment bof amoun Rs.3400/- by cash on 6th Feb'09 vide cash receipt no. 7876568 at Park street hub, but from 9th Feb my line was barred. Again I complained to the customer Care they tgook my receipt no.l and after repeatedly complaining they opened the line. Same thing happened today 16th morning, again they took the receipt no and told that your line will be opened. I use 6 lines in CUG mode of this Tata connection, if this is the service, I feel action must be taken and The company must pay for this fault.
I, Dr Amol Tilve, holder of telephone connection with number[protected], have received a bill no[protected] dated 23/07/09, in which I have been charged for value added services for which I have never subscribed for. My phone is hardly used and is on Ws-one Nation 180 tarrif plan, for the last many months. I have never been charged the rentals for the value added services in the past . I have had complaints regarding the billing in the past as well. I would want the extra charges to be refunded as I have been charged for the same without my consent.
.I have allready sent this mail to nodal officer tataindicom and sending this for records.
