[Resolved] Tata Indicom — Forced Caller Tune

I have never ever requested for any welcome caller tune on my number [protected], however on 20th Feb 2012 I realized that a caller tune has been activated on my number without taking my consent, and Rs50/- has been deducted.
I requested for the refund on the same day, and got the reply later that refund has been done.

Now till today only refund of Rs10/- has been made and I am still waiting for my rest amount.

And today, on top of it i have got a mail stating that i requested for this Caller Tune, which means that "TATA INDICOM is not ready to refund the amount which they have forcibly taken by CHEATING and trying to say that i requested for ths caller tune activation.

Simply Pathetic way of earning money.

TATA Indicom — balance deducted by applying caller tune

my balance has been deducted twice in a month by applying caller tune without any information and without my authority i just want my balance back in my account
