[Resolved] Tata Indicom — Harassment for payment on discontinued number

We are receiving calls not explaining anything and narrating that there is a case in Delhi district court on me. According to me there should not be any case in my name. Upon checking websites I have found people getting calls from TATA Indicom collection agents stating that they are calling from Delhi Court and to contact some advocate. On 13/1/2011 I have given a letter to disconnect my TATA phone with immediate effect for that I have the acknowledgement of the company with all dues cleared up to date.
