[Resolved]  Tata Indicom — change in plan

My landline number is 66102179 and i am a tata indicom combo plan(499/-) user.Last month i got a call from tata indicom regarding the offer of changing plan from 499 rupees to 699 rupees to increase my internet speed from 215 mpds to 512mpds.So i had applied for the same last month.But because of poor service of tata indicom there is no change in the internet speed but then i got a call again from tata regarding the payment of the new fresh bill of 699 rupees of this month. As per 699 plan,there is no change in the internet speed(512mpds) so why should i pay the bill of 699 plan for 499 plan speed(215mpds).
I request you that i dont want to change my plan and i want the same old plan (499 plan).

I would like to switch my current post paid plan to pre paid (Go Easy). I have made a request for the same (Compaint # 85929) for about a month back. But till date there is no response on the same.
